Weekly Breakdown

​​​​​​Module 1 - Create a Sanctuary (Choices, Boundaries) Take ownership of your choices and set firm boundaries.

Module 2 - Calm the Chaos (Thoughts, Emotions, Happy Bubble) Create that Happy Bubble so that when people project you learn not to accept and resume old patterns

Module 3 - Self - Forgiveness - Stop holding on to what could have, should have or would have been and live from forgiveness and gain bliss.

Module 4 - Fulfillment (Nourishment, etc) Work towards making nourishing thoughts, foods and connecting with nourishing people.

Module 5 - Sweet Talk (self-belief) Now begin a new language speaking from belief and confidence in your own heart.
